Well hello!
Welcome to my website. I have been a full time Realtor® since 2006, originally starting out as the transaction coordinator for my late husband, Brian Greeley at BOWES Real Estate, and today working as part of the sales force of expert real estate advisors at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty (formerly BOWES Real Estate) in Arlington. I live in the Arlington family home in which I was raised with my son and our dog "Mike". I am the Executive Secretary for the Arlington Historic District Commissions and a member and strong supporter of the Chamber of Commerce in Arlington. I have been past-president of the Peirce School PTO, the Rotary Club of Arlington and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and organizer for The Arlington Senior Expo.
Since the 1980s, BOWES Real Estate has been Arlington's #1 market share leader and #1 seller of Arlington homes with the fewest number of agents. Despite the transfer of ownership this past July of BOWES Real Estate to Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, the office will continue to be "Arlington's Hometown Real Estate Company" . In 2023 I personally listed or sold over $8 Million in real estate throughout the Metro Boston area and myself and every other agent in my office achieved a 100% Customer Satisfaction Rating from QSC/Rated Agent.
I have received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation giving me the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. In addition, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®) who focuses on working directly with buyer clients.
